IO-LINK is a worldwide standardised IO technology (IEC 61131-9) for communicating with sensors and actuators. IO-LINK is a point-to-point communication system with 3-condtctor or 5-conductor connection technology for sensors and actuators and unshielded standard sensor lines.

IO-LINK devices are connected with standard commercial IO-LINK masters and can easily be integrated into all commonly used fieldbus and automation systems. 3-pin or 5-pin unshielded standard cables 20m in length between the IO-LINK device and IO-LINK master, are sufficient for connecting IO-LINK devices with IO-LINK masters

Cotroller / control unit / C-TOP, positioner / IL-TOP, feedback unit / F-TOP - IO-LINK, is mounted on the top of pneumatic valve actuator. It is compatibel with IO-LINK interface master station with international standard. It has many fuctions, such as signal transmission, LED position light display, valve opening & closing control and so on. The color and position accuracy of the positio LED light can also be reset through the IODD document according to the user’s working conditions or perferences. The setting method is very simple. “PC or PLC combined with IODD file description” can be achieved.
